Galway Centre for Independent Living CE Scheme CLG are looking for Transport Administrators to join a well-established Accessible Transport Service which runs Monday to Friday for its clients.
Eligibility to participate in CE Schemes is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups.

The role of Transport Administrators is as an initial point of contact to transport people with disabilities and mobility impairments across the city and surrounds thereby assisting them to live independently.
All routes are preplanned, and scheduling of routes and drivers is well organised for both customers and drivers. You will be responsible for taking mobile and email bookings, making a hard copy record and entering the details on GCIL internal systems.
